According to the UJEAS Model released yesterday, a deep trough will be in place next week (around the 6th 8-th timeframe) and this will develop a Nor'easter for the Mid-Atlantc / Northeast States.

This is not a tropical system, however it looks like a pretty potent nor'easter developing and here is the two panel discussion.

Left image - Overall areas that will be watched for strong winds and yes ... even SNOW as this nor'easter comes into play.
