The admin wouldn't ask a question if he/she couldn't reply

The two mods although similar serve two different purposes. Mine would be for the people who generally don't want to see the chat or if the chat is being spammed and there is no admin there to stop it. Your mod serves the purpose of if admins want no chat there will be no chat amongst anyone.

What? I'm not talking about ways to work round it, I'm just stating what each mod does.

i can't think of a use for this that enhances gameplay...if people are spamming, kick/ban them for a couple minutes!
if they come back and spam some more, ban them for a week!

I'm sure someone will find use for this add-on. No harm in having it just in case.
