One of my monitors has a bunch of lines that move vertically across the screen. Its really easy to see over certain colors and kind of annoying.

turning the phase up might help that.

Your monitor is doing the same thing my friends does, you need a new monitor.

I have something similar, except it's when I play TF2, and the screen just goes to the desktop, but the game is still running, and I can still shoot. It's odd.
