i have a model i made for a wep but i can't get the right size.
anyone have any ideas on how i can fix this beside making it smaller?
like anything i should have done before i sized it down?

I don't know if I misunderstood your post, but the only way to fix the size of something that is too big is to make it smaller.

You have to make sure that the weapon is scaled to a certain size when it is stuck to a node (e.g. mountPoint).  People that are more experienced can usually just make the weapon in a ballpark range and only have to make slight adjustments, but for you it comes down to trial and error.

I got it now.But one other problem its slanted instead of strait.

This is more "general modification help" because these aren't usually things you fix through code. I seriously recommend just rotating the model in your modelling program.
