FoV problem?

Well, here's what happens.

When I enter a server (or offline) when I spawn, my screen looks like I'm holding the F key. (It's zoomed in and my mouse is really slow) so when I push F, and scroll out, and works like normal so I've been holding F for a while to look at stuff.

Caps don't matter at all

Okay it works... till I use the F key. after I let go, it puts my FOV all weird again.
