of course this type of rape almost never goes to trial and it's usually a small fine for the parents anyway. it's called statuary rape. the terms for statuary rape are:

(1) A person is considered incapable of consenting to a loveual act if the person is:
(a) Under 18 years of age;
(b) Mentally defective;
(c) Mentally incapacitated; or
(d) Physically helpless.

Not accurate, have you forgotten about the special age of consent laws in certain states? For example, here in Tennessee, as long as both parties are over 13 and under 18, and there is no more than 4 years between them, it's not rape.
