Spacebar acts like alt key was pressed too

How do you disable sticky keys?

I press shift 5 times (when they're enabled) and it comes up with a tick box saying 'enable sticky keys' although it probably depends what OS you use.

Somewhere in Control Panel, it lets you disable the shortcut.
