Yes you can. I suggest you check out the Inverted corner bricks mod in the Add-ons section. It should show you what the end product is.

You will need a 3D modelling program (milkshape, 3DS Max, ect) an exporter and probably some code.

Well, most bricks have atleast a snippet of code defining their scale or size or rotation. It was more of an assumption than a solid fact.

Just check out the Corner brick mod.
