Bell has been doing this thing for years now where you'll have the service for about 5 months, and eventually they will start lowering your bandwidth cap and
never tell you, never list it and hide you from knowing about it. My family recently switched out of Bell Residential and switched to Bell Business, which has an unlimited cap and 50up 50down for $39 a month. You need qualifications for it but either way it's just better.
If you're going with the 250GB bandwidth cap
Bell Residential will forget you up the ass. They did to us, they are to everyone, they will to you.
