OP, what are you going to use your laptop for? I wouldn't worry about specs if it's for school/college/internet browsing, not sure if it's powerful for basic gaming though.

went to a mall, asked some questions at a dell stand
they let me use windows 8 on an XPS 12 (i believe), and i thought it was fantastic
then they showed me the prices.
