Why do certain people not like Star Wars episodes 1-3?

The problem for me isn't that 1-3 aren't good, it's just 4-6 are much better.
I enjoyed 1 & 2, and loved 3 personally.

Episode 2 is mainly explaining how they get the clones, thats why they appear so late.

I still refuse to accept Episodes 1-3 as part of the Star Wars canon.
