Hi guys, haven't built/posted builds for a long time. My first house that doesn't look like a square. :D

Haven't done insides yet, but I like the look so far. :D

Rate 1/10, I like constructive criticism. c:

9/10
Why Skycrane

noob ran in as soon as i took the screen shot lol

2/10

simply because it doesn't show a whole lot of color, and the roof is just plain and looks effortless.

Just because it has an brown townogous color scheme doesn't mean it is bad. The roof is really suppost to be plain because well for one he did say simple in the title, which meaning mainly generic and simple.

Anyway, I rate this 9/10 because it has a good structure, seems very generic and you kept a same color scheme which is good, the windows could improve and possibly a little more space within the inside. If this was for download I would definetly use it as a prop house such as for a street.

it looks like you did the first level and then didn't care about the second

should have windows or something up there lol

3/10

2/10.
Looks like you didn't put much effort on the actual house, not enough windows, needs more shape, the roof needs to hang, and it just looks unrealistic and ugly in my opinion.
I like the bottom part a little bit though.

I think the windows should be moved like this

It's alright everyone has their own opinion..
I really just noticed that he could have used inverted ramps because you can see a cube in the corner of it.

then don't try and shoot mine down.

Yeah, I recently wiped my addons and haven't got around to downloading inverted ramps.

OT: I did say it wasn't finished.  :panda:

Could use some more windows, but other than that it's good.

Why not use the house to fill areas of the city "outside playing ground" would look nice and pretty realistic.
