The orb sounds like Deathconsciousness. The Orb is mainly based on taking simple beats and adding lots of voice clips. They make parodies of the government and one video even got removed for exposing an illegal CIA project.

I don't see any connection between the two bands, but The Orb's first album is very interesting. The closing track, "A Huge Ever Growing Pulsating Brain That Rules from the Centre of the Ult," sounds really cool. Thanks for the recommendation
