My server resets on start

Hello, I have a simple problem with RTB and or my server,
Whenever I start my server, I get a problem in which my server will reset all the Prefs, Logs, and everyones status, I have tried multiple things still nothing seems to work with it, Anyone help?

• I run Dedicated
• I have RTB enabled correctly
• I use about 50 add-ons

Close the server by typing quit(); in the console window, do NEVER close it by closing the window
