Blinx Time Controls coding assistance

I would like to use the time controls using cmds:

/timecontrol (timecontrol here)

And for the combo cartage

/timecontrolcombo (timecontrol here) (timecontrol here)
Note: can't use two of the same control

What should this be part of?
