My first part is going to arrive today :D

My new case and motherboard arrived today, was expecting a second delivery but my graphics card was discontinued after I ordered it so after a very brief conversation with customer service (real people!) I ended up being upgraded from this; http://tinyurl.com/adcmvo3 to this; http://tinyurl.com/a4v8ztf AND given a saturday delivery, all for the exact same price as my original card.

Good god I love Scan.co.uk

Stop postin on this. Theres already a new one that is up to date.

Could I replace a 2006/2007 ATI graphics card with a 2012 Nvidia one?

Sometimes PSU's can't handle Crossfired GPU's and such.

People are way too flippant when buying a PSU, it scares me sometimes.

Just set myself up with a new midlevel rig; was getting tired of trying to play games on my craptop:

Phenom II X4 945
Radeon HD 6850
8GB of RAM.

The nice thing is I managed to pull this together for $350, including the case, HDD, and PSU.

Hate to derail anything goin' on, but is this a good list of parts to have in a Lenovo ThinkCentre M78 PC?

Case:

EDIT:
note, I have a mouse, keyboard and speakers already.
and I use Avira AV.

OTHER:
1. I am not a huge gamer, so I don't see myself using 4Gb RAM that fast.
2. I don't use huge HDD space amounts.
3. I am trying to keep it low cost.

Cisco AIR-PI21AG-A-K9 doesn't have W7 drivers and it's one of the best wifi cards i ever used ;-;

Case looks nice, at least for a Lenovo.

This is just wrong. RAM is not used over time.

4GB is okay but if you want to do photo editing, movie editing, gaming, or just want generally fast performance with your applications, consider 8GB.

Ram is cheap, it really doesn't hurt to try and factor it in if possible. Unless you are really straining your budget, then don't.

Getting 8gb of RAM won't stretch your budget much so you should probably consider it.
