[FIX] Tekkit/FTB/whatever crashes randomly on the NEI crafting window

I think this is a bug with an old version of NEIPlugins.

The fix: Update NEI to 1.4.5.1 and update NEIPlugins to 1.0.4.5.

Delete the old NEI in /coremods/ and replace it with NEI, NOT NEIPlugins.
Updating NEIPlugins

NEIPlugins is directly on its BitBucket repo: https://bitbucket.org/mistaqur/nei_plugins/wiki/Home

Delete the old NEIPlugins in your /mods/ folder and replace it with the new NEIPlugins.
