I'll give this a solid 6/10. The interior is realistic and well done, but a bit cramped. I'm not a fan of the exterior for the reasons that Glaedr posted (specifically the base of the building appearing smaller than the top, and the recessed roofing).

Overall I can see that the build was very carefully designed and I can see what you intended to create. Execution on the exterior neeeds work, but the interior is my favorite part.
