who's to judge whether or not a build is good

if we went democracy, unpopular players would immediately be barred from posting here.
any other method involves putting a select number of players in a position of power, which isn't really that great of an idea considering this forum's community.

the whole point of posting in gallery is to get feedback and if we limit it to already-refined builds then what's the point? everyone start's from somewhere; give them a chance at publicizing their work. i know some refuse to learn but that's part of the process as well; i used to be resistant to criticism.
