Put all your add-on's files in a .zip archive named Category_Name replacing Category with the category of your add-on like Weapon, Vehicle, Script, etc. and Name with any name you want. Then upload the .zip to a file sharing site, and post your link. If you feel your add-on meets RTB expectations, you may login to forum.returntoblockland.com, go to Downloads and click the Upload button.
