If you're talking about the AdSense/monetization that's not full partnership. You don't get a banner from that.

What should I put up there?

The top is fine, the sides need something other than just reused images. Perhaps you can instead have pictures of characters or whatever of the topic your channel is mainly about, so there'd be more clarity on your profile for new viewers.

I changed the banner instead of the background instead. (I didn't want to contact/bother the graphics artist again)

That picture is assuming I get partnered with Yeousch. (And if I get partnered at all)
