if he doesn't want to deal with people, why not just put the instructions/commands in a place near spawn where people can easily find it for info instead of being rude and telling people that he doesn't care about their problems with the server/them needing help. It's called logic.

When I appoint someone to admin on a server, I expect them to care for the players and respect the other players as if they were one of them.
I do NOT expect them to just forget around by themselves and not interact with the players. That's just not how you admin.
