My friend has Rogers, he experiences a bandwidth limit (how many megabytes or gigabytes or whatever it is a month) although it might just be the plan he has.

there are no very fast ISPs in Canada. Canada is so far behind in internet it's not even funny. I have MTS and their best package is garbage. Shaw is the same story. Rogers has constant lag.
