Recently I have been speaking to people who claim that the black population is generally responsible for murder based solely off race/culture. I would argue that murder rates increase and decrease in sync with poverty.

I don't think race can be used as an accurate way of predicting how a person will act.

Also, they claimed that treyvon martin assaulted Zimmerman before he drew his gun and shot him, but the ballistics reports prove that he had to have been shot from more than a meters distance, which contradicts Zimmerman's report of him drawing his gun while being held down and beaten by treyvon.

Correct me if I'm wrong but from memory most/all of America's poverty records are based off of welfare records and things alike, and if people on it don't sort themselves out and get jobs before X amount of months they get taken off the records regardless of them still being in poverty, meaning the actual numbers are noticeably higher than any published records.

well yeah poor people are the likely ones to commit crimes. but most black people are poor.

so.....yeah
