Author Topic: I cant add add-ons to my server?  (Read 514 times)

I downloaded a add-on whats known as the "Duplicator" because I really needed it, when it was finished downloading, I then proceeded to drag it into my add-ons folder, then on my BL browser, I clicked on "Start a Game", I then clicked "Custom" and didn't see the add-on I had downloaded appear. What do I do?

You place it in Documents/Blockland/add-ons not C:/Blockland/add-ons.

Sorry to sound stupid, I'm not so tech-savvy. How do I put it into Documents/Blockland/add-ons?

OHH, now I get what you mean. But I did what you said before, I dragged the add-on into my add-ons folder which was apart of BL, and in my documents. I don't know what you mean by this..

Post a console.log file

I just looked in my BL folder, I only saw "Console" in it, not "Console.log". It wouldn't open up.

Fine...
Open the console.log in a text editor

Look for the line saying Profile Path: -blah- (around 20)

Open the path after it in your explorer, go to the subfolder add-ons and place the add-ons in there

Tried to open it up through Notepad, couldn't find it this time. Jesus..

Is there any other way I can add add-ons? Please give me the simplest option.

Since you are already putting them in documents/blockland/add-ons, the only possibility for them not to work is blockland using a different profile path, which we would see in the console.log file.

So how do I get the console.log file?

Look.
If you only see 'console' and not 'console.log', that means you have file extensions off.
Please just post the 'console' file.
