GUI unclosable

So I changed out of fullscreen a while ago and came across an error. Whenever I use the addon browser for RTB, "X" button is off the screen, and is uncloseable unless I restart the game, or close RTB. Anyone got any ideas what I should do?

Do this. Set it back to fullscreen, then drag the mod manager to the very center of the screen, then turn your resolution down.

Maybe he is using such a gay mini resolution that the mod manager window is actually larger than the screen

He would have to be in 640x480 then.
