WOAH! The detail is just. mind-blowing in this build!!
I have a suggestion, why don't you host this build as a server and wait for people to come and possibly tour them around the HQ, tell them about the clan, and then find applicants who can be eligible to join your clan.

your interior building skill is pretty damn cool and you should do more. just try to vary up the colors a bit. Maybe relay-glowing paths systems.
