Mission editor help

Ok, I'm typing " "/Applications/Blockland/Blockland.app/" -mod editor" in Terminal,  (I'm on a Mac) with the quotes, yet it says "-bash: /Applications/Blockland/Blockland.app/: is a directory" without doing anything. Can anyone clear up how to do this in Mac?

Too many quote signs?
(As in the ones on both ends.)
Either that, or maybe you need to include the letter of the drive that the Applications directory is located within? (I.e C:\ D:\ or E:\ )

I only included 2 of the quotes, 1 on either side, and how do I find out my directory on Mac? Is it the hard drive?
