Aviv accidentally gave your key away?

First off, let me point out that I have nothing against you, Aviv, or the person he accidentally gave your key to. So, please just take what I am about to say as constructive criticism, which is all it is meant to be.

Basically, I think people should just buy their own key. Really, it's easy. Don't have a credit card? Go to the nearest Walgreens or other store, and BUY a Visa Giftcard. It can be used JUST like a credit card, and you can pay for your key with it. It's not hard at all to do, can be done all in the same day, and is actually safer than using a credit card, because there is no threat of theft like with a debit card or credit card.

If your parents don't let you use a GIFT card with your own money, then you have unfair parents.

Anyway, don't take this the wrong way, I'm just trying to say that it's really not a wise thing to go around buying keys for other people, as something like this could occur, or worse, a third party may somehow get a hold of the key.

I am not trying to say anyone stole keys.

This is mainly a post for future reference, in order to help other people from making the same mistake.
I hope this matter gets resolved so I can see both you and the other person on my server. I know who the impostor is and he is not a bad person as far as I know, and he said he noticed that the number of the Blockland ID or whatever wasn't what it was supposed to be.

Invest your life savings.

You, my friend, are uninformed.
I actually managed to obtain one of those things so I could get a couple of games over the internet, (Blockland and something else) and we went to validate it, and the company wanted to know NEARLY EVERYTHING about my mom, who bought the card. Seriously. Address, social security, the whole 9 yards.
It was 100% not worth it for identity theft protection.

i have like $250 undermy hand, if i wuild have to buy a new ID i will , but itll take some time

Totally.  :cookieMonster:

.... I was talking about Credit Card theft. MONEY theft. Also, I've gotten gift cards personally. It is the safest way to buy things online.

Don't go flaming me unless you know what you are talking about. I've used giftcards before for safety reasons. I bought the card myself, and activated the card myself on all occasions (some were up to 100 bucks in value).

Also, the cards will usually tell you how they work. So it helps to actually read it before you buy it.

Tip: Most credit card payments online require you to give a name and address in the form, regardless of the card you use. So either way, you are gonna have to at least fork over a name and address anyway. The main concern is if the site you go buy from is trusted, not the card company.

Meh, perhaps that was more of a vent against those kind of gift card things, because it kind of defeated the purpose we were going for, as opposed to giving advice. Lawl.
Besides, I was referring to identity theft protection, not 'money' protection.
'Money' protection: Good.
Identity theft protection: Suckish.

End of (my) story, rant over.
