How to make games with Torque2D?

I previously downloaded Torque2D binary source from garage games:

When It's done downloading, and I open it, and I run Torque2D.exe, it runs this monster-truck game in this apocalyptic city environment. I didn't want to download a game, I wanted to make games with this. Anything i'm missing?
