I don't know what to call this art.
It's the Blue Falcon from F-Zero SNES.

I tried using a limited color pallet.
Any tips on how to improve would be nice.

Eh it's OK I guess. There's something I don't like about it, but I just can't put my finger on it.

the shading throws me off

Only thing I don't like is how bright the red / white strip is on the back, but it's probably just supposed to be like that.
