This reactor only has one cell, its a research reactor for a university. It generates no power, and one of the special things about it is that it can pulse. Doing a pulse makes the reactor run at something like hundreds of thousands of wats, then goes back down o 400 or something around those numbers. Also the server is up (not dedicated) as of 6:48 central standard time.
