Author Topic: Add-Ons Problem... (Read 510 times)

I've recently bought a new computer, and now i have been trying to get all of my add-on files transferred over to it. Unfortunately, I cant seem to find any of the files i downloaded from RTB in the Add-On folder. In addition to that, i cant find any of my recent saves either. Although i have found some of my older saves, probably from Version 19. So if you have any clue, where any of these files may have been saved for some reason, please say so. If you can help me, you have my thanks. Also, as far as i know, RTB never asked me where to save my files, it just automatically saved them to whatever folder they are in now, which i cant find. Again, thanks.

Have you tried looking in Windows My Documents for the blockland folder in side there? There should be some of your addons and saves in there. If not then I dont know

Yeah, I've looked there. I'll look there just a bit more, just in case i missed something. Thanks for the help.

Ok, so searched for the addons in the top left corner search box, and found a lot of them. The weird thing is that it said they were all in the add-ons folder... Which they obviously aren't in. Check in with me if anyone has any more ideas. Thanks.

The add-ons are in [my]documents/blockland/add-ons

Yes, i know that, but for some reason the ones i downloaded off of RTB are not in that folder. Same with my saves not being in the saves folder.

Download an add-on with rtb that you haven't had before
Notice what file name it tells you
Search for that file

You say something about version nineteen?
Go to your local disk and enter your program files and look for an old Blockland folder.
Ever since version twenty, that folder is no longer used.
Perhaps it's still there and that's where everything is?
I don't know. Just a theory.

Go to your Start menu and click "Documents". You should see a Blockland folder in there.
