Speedkart re-enables itself

Every time I disable Gamemode_speedkart, then close the server, it seems to re enable itself, even if I delete it it will find it's way back into my addons folder. Any suggestions?

Restart Blockland, don't enable it, done.

Looks like the karts want out.
Did you install any add-ons that had something to do with managing add-ons, lately?
