Android Launcher Thread

So you're telling me I can install these launcher things and it'll change the look and feel without the hassle of just flashing new ROMs?  Great because I hate the TouchWiz color scheme despite the default 4.0.3 blue/black theme.

EDIT:  Tried out ADW.  Didn't like the feel of it.  Still had awful green icons in my status bar which was my only gripe really.
