Author Topic: How would I make my own custom color set?  (Read 1339 times)

I don't mean like an add-on, I mean like a color set for only me to use.

This is a snip of the default colorset. As you can see it's the bold column of the colorset (the 2nd one fyi).
You can have a bunch of columns, I'm not sure how many.

The first 3 groups of numbers are the RGB colorcodes, I assume you know what they are and what they do.
The fourth one is the transparency of the color, the lower the more transparent. With 255 being the highest it's the most ''solid''.
DIV is just the name of the column.

You can have up to 64 colors. Most people do 7 columns of 9 because that adds up to 63 and there are 9 fx paints so the rows will line up.

Also, if you are unfamiliar with RGB, try http://www.colorschemer.com/online.html to find your Color codes

This reminds me.
I was going to make a colorset creator / editor but I somehow stopped working on it for no reason at all.
I gotta finish that stuffe

Wikipedia also has huge lists of common colors and also color palettes.

Beautiful.

Maybe won't get it done today because of all the functionality I want to add to it.
But it will be out there tomorrow.
