You can't invite [NAME] to games unless he gets RTBGS! (Assumes everyone is always a he, always)
[NAME] needs RTBGS to be invited to games! (Tone is passive and doesn't mention the 'you')

The third is the best option because it's grammatically correct and doesn't specify gender.
