Can't connect to Steam?

Today I decided to go on steam and below the steam window, it says, "Offline Mode." I panicked because my avatar is blank, I can't see  TF2 servers, and my inventory can't connect to steam! My internet is fine, but I'm not sure what to do now.

I restarted my computer, but same result

Restart in the "real" Offline mode, and then restart in the Online mode.
