though I need to know a couple of things to finish your build.
What else do you need to know?
(I don't have an old case by the way)

Well, then all I need to know is if you have the mouse, keyboard, and monitor you want to use already. Otherwise you'll have to give me a separate budget for those depending on what you want.

Here is the new list so far

ODD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827135204
OS: Windows 7 or Windows 8

I had to take some power off the graphics and the power supply, but it should still run excellently.

Yeah, no issues. These parts should just fit together into a nice desktop.

Alright, so how should I go about doing this as I don't know how to put the computer together? (I know my mom does I think)

I buy all the parts you sent me, then put them in the case?

Pecon's motherboard that he sent you supports 32gb of memory, it has 4 slots which means it supports a max of 8gb of memory for each slot. If you think you would be the type of person to upgrade your PC to the full 32gb I would say to go for an 8gb stick rather than 4, the only reason to this is that even you will end up having to remove a stick and then buy a 8gb to get it to 32gb. If you think you wil just fill it up to maybe 16gb or something then just keep the 4gb, basically it will save you money down the road.

Also @OP big important thing to remember when building a computer. Make sure to wear shoes and ground yourself. There are two methods that work. You can either go on a machine that is turned on or if its turned off make sure te PSU switch is on and then you can either touch the PSU or the screws connecting to it, that will get rid of any static buildup. Another method that works is before you put anything into your PC, place the PSU in the case, plug into an output and make sure the on switch is on and then touch the PSU or inside of the case, that also works to ground yourself, make sure that when you are done you unplug the cable or turn the switch to off (do both to be sure) otherwise if a component such as the motherboard touches the metal part of the case it sort of "ground" out the motherboard which is why you put standoff screws where the Motheboard goes.

Given his computer is mostly a budget computer, it's pretty safe to say he'll never want to upgrade to 32GB of RAM. If 4GB doesn't end up being enough for him, he can easily go out and buy another 4GB stick. 8GB of RAM is more than enough for any practical purposes.
