transparent weapon colors

the black color used to be transparent but now its not, why?

What modeling program are you using?

well i use sketchup to model every thing, then i import to blender, i color everything in blender, then i export it to a dts

In the Blender DTS exporter you need to click the "Translucent" button on the material you want to be transparent.

i dont remember if i did that or not, it was a long time ago. the colors used to be transparent ingame but now they're not

Re-export the model to be sure? Are the PNG's transparent?

yes. the first thing i did was check to make sure they were.
and i have lost the original file (hard drive destroyed)
