I'm not sure you understand how to get a file of music on your computer.
Try using
this website to get the audio from a youtube video.
Then use an audio editing program (for example, audacity) to cut it down to the part you want looped.
Export as .ogg, and it's all done!
EDIT:But you know, I think a poor-quality thing like this might be useful in something.
You could make it sound a bit more realistic as if the audio was coming from a computer in an RP.
