theres a bunch of cool stuff like shadow, move, glow, and I remember someone saying that there was embedded videos?

I think you can enable that in the Look and Layout preferences

Cookie Monster is a great way of expressing silliness. which in turn you can use to show that you're making a joke or are being sarcastic. 

Can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not with the cookie monster at the end.
