No, you have to be permitted. It's really just some-sort of "ask to be accepted" type thing.
How active will I have to be?
It really doesn't matter. I don't know how many members I'll get, but it's obvious that I won't be the most active person either.

Servers? Any?I will be hosting mechanized-related stuff. Don't expect three servers at once, I don't have time to host a lot of stuff. I will be making some dedicated servers though.
