Yes, and they also made a Luke Skywalker robot to pilot it as well.

I went to LEGOLAND last monday and I got to see the actual thing. It's pretty awesome.
If any of you were even remotely curious, the brick-width of one stud on that model was 48 normal LEGO studs. I counted it while I was there.
