Anyone who's lived in Virginia for long enough knows that VA is unofficially "split" into Northern Virginia and Southern Virginia based on where people travel to work. Most people in Northern Virginia work in DC or Maryland. Most people in the southern areas do not.

That being said, I've lived here in Stafford for 12 years.
