Author Topic: My mom hired an exterminator.  (Read 2233 times)

saying "forget" multiple times in one sentence doesn't help your argument or make you look cool. all it does is make you look dumb.

i use curse words to express my emotions.

i use curse words to express my emotions.
So, you are overreacting then?

She actually hired him to exterminate you.

When other forumers get shat on, they lay low or try to change.

When Elecro gets shat on,
you are over-loving-reacting because i said loving something that was mis-loving-understood.

I have lost faith in prepubescents

She actually hired him to exterminate you.

Sorry for pagestretch

OT: How is the exterminator going?

I thought it was pretty clear that a black widow wasn't an insect because it was a spider, not because it was specifically a black widow. So, I thought what's-his-sledgehammer was having a failure of punctuation and saying "no, spiders are insects."

Some alternatives:
"spiders are never insects"
"nor are any other spiders"
"No spiders are insects."
"like any other spider"
or, my personal favorite, <get over it and stop posting defensively>

I will simply point out that, while Elecro is throwing a bit of a tantrum and should cool off, what he said was completely correct guys.

He said "No spiders are insects", which conveyed his point correctly. "Not any spider is an insect" might have been better, because there's hardly a way to misunderstand that, but you can't exactly 'correct' the already correct.

You guys just assumed he meant "No, spiders are insects."

Take this information as you will.
Though Elecro did overreact a bit.

Edit: Aw, Eksi beat me to it D:
