Can't find Add-Ons folder

I installed Blockland onto my new laptop. I went over to go install RTB (Return to Blockland) and when I went into the program files folder, I see Blockland, but when I open it up, I see the BlocklandLauncher, msvcr71.dll, and uninstall folders. However the Add-ons folder isn't anywhere to be found.

I have Windows 8, in case that's a problem. Did I do anything wrong, or is it just a bug and I should re-install?

Oh. So apparently, the Add-Ons folder is in the My Documents folder instead of the Program files folder. I would like to  ask everybody that sees this to personally message me on the forums and tell me how stupid I am.
