is there a program that can convert .dts files into .ms3d?

yes, well it converts it to ms3d ascii which ms3d can open, its called shaper, but its not free, i suggest downloading the demo.

can you give me a link plz. i dont know what to search for, ive tried shaper but i get unwanted crap

Yes you are.

What if he exported the model and then lost his .ms3d and needs to get it back in Milkshape? It's happened to me lots of times, especially times when I've exported a model and didn't want to or forgot to save an MS3D and wanted to work on it some more.
