In this topic, you will find the oddities of Google Street View via Google Maps. Note that Street View is not actually exclusively streets - they will record areas available via Street View by bike, tripod, etc. They even offer a service whereas they will map the inside of a business as a form of advertising. As such, the strange sights are quite varied. Example:
