Console command to take higher quality pictures?

There used to be a topic stickied in the gallery that was a console command that made higher quality pictures by overlaying them or something like that, and I don't remember what the command is. Does anyone know?

The command is $megashotScaleFactor = x; with x being the scale factor. Don't take something ridiculous, I advise 2 or 4.
The screenshot you take has to be DOF though.
